In-person LRI Spring Meeting - April 2023 

On the 20th and 21st of April 2023 the LRI is organising its annual Spring Meeting at Van der Valk Hotel Breukelen in the Netherlands. This meeting is facilitated in-person. During this meeting, researchers will present the progress and results of current LRI-funded research projects to the LRI Scientific Review Committee, Steering Committee, Executives Group and other invitees. The meeting also offers opportunities to meet with and learn from fellow researchers, stimulates participants to engage in lively discussions, and share ideas between researchers, funders and other stakeholders. 

The LRI has opened this meeting for external participants - persons with a keen interest in leprosy research who wish to attend but are not otherwise invited.

Costs to attend the LRI Spring Meeting as an external participant: 
- Meeting package (including two lunches, coffee/tea breaks and a joint dinner on April 20th): €150.

The meeting programme starts on Thursday the 20th of April at 09:00 (CEST) and closes on 21st April at 17:30 (CEST).
The nearest airport is Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. It will take around 45 minutes by train to reach the hotel.

Online ‘Highlights of Spring Meeting’ event - June 2023 

Following the in-person event, an online ‘Highlights of Spring Meeting 2023’ event will be hosted on the 1st of June, where findings of selected projects across LRI research priorities will be presented. This event is open to everyone interested in leprosy research and will be free of charge. 

Updates on this event will follow via newsletter communication and on our website in due course.
